Return Policy
This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Thrivehip may be returned or exchanged.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the conditions described below.
2. Eligible Returns
Products may be returned if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The sealed packaging is unopened and intact.
Due to the nature of food products, opened or used loose-leaf tea packages cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging.
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at infocenter@thrivehip.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a reference number within two business days.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). If a product fails to meet a guarantee under that Act, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
